Ok food filmmakers, your time has come again. The Call for Entries for the next Food Film Festival Season is open and we can’t wait to see what you have in store for us this year. The application is entirely online, so click here for the full Rules of Entry and Submission form.
Festival Dates
Selected films are eligible for competition at The Food Film Festival flagship events in New York City: October 20 – 23, 2016.
Additional Food Film Festival events may take place throughout the year, however, the films screened at those events will not be in competition for 2016 Slotted Spoon Awards.
Deadlines
The deadline for entry is MAY 1st, 2016 (Late submission ends MAY 15th, 2016)

As always, Award Winning films in the following categories will receive the coveted Slotted Spoon Award:
- Best Feature Film
- Best Short Film
- Best Super-Short Film
- Best Food Porn Film
We will also be handing out Slotted Spoon Awards for The Made in NY Award, The Food Filmmaker of the Year Award and The Audience Choice Award.
