Festival Dates
Selected films are eligible for competition at The Food Film Festival flagship events in New York City: October 25 – 28, 2018.
Additional Food Film Festival events may take place throughout the year, however, the films screened at those events will not be in competition for 2018 Slotted Spoon Awards.
Deadlines
The deadline for entry is MAY 5th, 2018 (Late submission ends MAY 19th, 2018)

As always, Award Winning films in the following categories will receive the coveted Slotted Spoon Award:
- Best Feature Film
- Best Short Film
- Best Super-Short Film
- Best Food Porn Film
We will also be handing out Slotted Spoon Awards for The Made in NY Award, The Audience Choice Award, The Food Filmmaker of the Year Award, AND - New this year: The Film Foodmaker of the Year Award!
